Yes, there will be an early access launched soon. The priority is to finish the Google Play version first and then port it. While I make the adjustments for PC (bigger desktop, draggable windows etc) it will be launched in Early Access mode on Steam. Right now you can add it to your wishlist, so you get notified when it comes out.

It's currently free on the play store (and it *seems* like it's only updated on the play store, not sure if that's on purpose)
Basically, we pay for work equipment. Not whole work.
you also don't pay full price, as once the game is finished it will cost more ;)
Looking forward to seeing this on PC.
This simulator is GREAT! It's one of the most realistic, if not the most realistic of all and so much fun to play!
